Cynthia’s Bean Dip with Chips
• 1 Can Organic Refried Beans (Meijer brand)
• 1 Can Organic Black Beans with Roasted Red Jalapeno (Meijer brand)
• 1 Can Organic Refried Beans
• Organic Sour Cream
• Pesto Sauce
• Black Olives
• Green pepper
• Red Pepper
• Tomatoes
• 1 Avocado
• Green Olives
• Hormone Free Colby Cheese
• Organic Blue Corn Chips

Spread beans on bottom. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and pesto sauce. Add veggies to top.

• Blue Agave Syrup
• Vanilla Yogurt
• Sesame or Chia Seeds

• Organic Chicken
• Green and Red Grapes
• Celery
• Green Pepper
• Tomato
• Apples

Wrap in a whole grain tortilla

Variations: Try different fruits or sprouts

• Kalamata Olive Oil
• Oregano
• Marjoram

• Organic Tomato Juice
• Jennie-O Ground Turkey (no nitrates)
• Organic Italian seasonings
• Organic Chili Powder
• Red cabbage
• Organic Red Beans
• Red and Green Pepper
• Red Onion
• Organic Mushrooms
• Celery
• Tomato

Brown turkey with seasonings and then place in crock pot with veggies.  EASY!!
Top with hormone free cheese/organic sour cream if you like.

• Blue Agave

Add apple and blueberry granola.  Don’t add until right before serving.  I had to live and learn!

• Black Olive
• Lemon Juice from 1 Lemon

• Soy Butter (Walmart brand)
• Banana

Variations: You could add any other fresh/dried fruit too.

• Mashed Sweet Potato (Chia Seeds, Cinnamon, Nutmeg added to Potato Mix)
• Tomato
• Romaine Lettuce
• Red or White Onion
• Spinach

Variations: Add canned pumpkin to sweet potato mix. Kiwi would also add a great taste to this.

• Tahiti Peanut Dressing
• Dry Mustard
• Mustard
• Pepper
• Turmeric
• Melted Soy Butter
• Minced Garlic
• Chia Seeds

• Whole Wheat Pasta
• Cut Up Pistachio Bar Cheese
• Kalamata Olives
• Cashews
• Dried Cranberries
• Dried Cherries

Pour dressing over salad ingredients.

Variations:  Chopped veggies could add more nutrition, such as chopped celery, green or red pepper and onion may add more of a veggie salad mix.
