Yoga classes taught at Whole Wellness Within are Hatha yoga style. The Yoga Fit style is used. Though it is not mandatory, a consultation before class is helpful for new students to go over health history, previous yoga experience, and to learn “rules of alignment”. Please arrive 15 min. prior to class if you have never attended before. It takes time to sign the waiver, get equipment, and get settled into class. Room temperature pH balanced water is provided, as well as thicker pilates mats, bricks, and other props. You may want to bring your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing and don’t eat a heavy meal right before class. Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions or recent injuries you may be experiencing.

Classes emphasize STRengthenING, STRetchING, and STRess-RelievING by using weights, fun props, stretching, and stress relieving techniques. Try today to “untangle” and loosen those STRINGS of life that you want to rid yourself of and create strong bonds of connection within your own mind and body. Private or group STRING sessions can be scheduled to help yourself or organization work out the “binds” of life.
